Our take
I was looking for a durable pair of rubber encased dumbbells and these fit the bill. The cast iron core feels solid, and the rubber coating is thick and seems built to last. The alloy steel handles have a good non-slip texture that works well even with sweaty hands. The hex shape does a great job preventing rolling. They come as a pair at 30 lbs each, which is convenient. My only complaint is the price – they're a bit pricier than similar pairs. Also, the rubber has a strong smell out of the box that took a while to dissipate. But overall, the quality is there, and they should hold up well over time.
